Our SafeSmile Survey™ (S³) is the first patient safety culture survey designed specifically for dental practices. Conducted online and anonymously, it measures your team’s attitudes, awareness, and practices around patient safety—giving every staff member, from front desk to provider, a voice in shaping safer patient care.

Based on survey results, we create a tailored safety strategy and customized action plan to address gaps, build on strengths, and integrate best practices into your daily operations. This assessment is paired with customized in-office training, ensuring your team gains practical skills and actionable strategies to elevate your practice’s safety culture.

How It Works:

  • Your dental team completes an anonymous survey, helping us understand your practice’s existing strengths and challenges in patient safety, communication, and teamwork.

  • Responses from the dental team are carefully assessed to identify key patterns, strengths, and gaps in the practice's safety culture.

  • In a live (virtual or in-person) session, your team will receive a customized training developed from the survey results. This training is designed to address existing challenges and build a lasting culture of patient safety tailored specifically to your practice.
